The Joint Environmental Occupational Toxicology Clinic (JEOTC) with MOM - a service extension to the existing Toxicology Consultation Clinic (TCC) is now available in CGH. Family Physicians may refer patients directly to our TCC or JEOTC for evaluation and management for patients suspected of chronic poisoning or industrial toxic exposures or work related toxic exposures. Our new Spirometry Service made Available for Direct GP Referral! As part of our efforts to encourage greater participation by Primary Care Physicians in Chronic Disease Management (CDM), the Spirometry Service is now available to our GP colleagues.
Diabetes Support Services @ CGH - as part of CGH's Integrated Diabetes Care System to facilitate seamless co-management of diabetes, family physicians can directly refer their diabetes patients for various support services in diabetic care.
